Regions Oil and Gas (Pink Sheets: RGNO) announced today that it is actively exploring synergistic opportunities to enhance shareholder value. Greg Dartez, the Companies Chief Financial Officer says, "We had a week in the field to really evaluate things and look at our current plan." He further went on to say, "It appears to management that we could utilize our pink sheet status to acquire synergistic products and businesses and we plan to spend the balance of this year really evaluating the best way to do this."
